The room was fantastic. Most of the staff were great. Had many issues with staff on the beach getting mad if you moved lounge chairs to be in the sun and if you moved it in front of a cabana there was hell pay. Shout out to Randy at the front desk who was the BEST and Roberto in the buffet who also helped us take the bus. Watch out for the food. It’s cold and just doesn’t taste good. The Asian Restaurant was TOP NOTCH though so we ate there all week. For the price we paid I would rate the resort 6/10. Th re were no fun activities to do and all the restaurants are indoors which I didn’t like.

Absolutely beautiful location. Wonderful staff everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and house keeping came in every day. Anything you need a phone call away and within 10 minutes was accommodated such as towels or soap bars. The pool was beautiful, towels provided and bar service staff were all fantastic and fun! Definitely recommend. The only gripe I have was that the food sometimes was served cold in the restaurants. Not a huge deal and the staff were understanding. Loved every minute of my stay and definitely will be back! P.s. jacuzzi on the balcony is definitely the way to go!

Completely honest review, the view from the hotel is beautiful of the ocean and the pool overlooking the ocean. It’s not far from the airport which is also a plus, but the food is awful! There is no flavour in the food, you can tell it’s cheap quality. There isn’t much entertainment either.

The staff wasn’t as helpful and everything felt like a business nothing came from being helpful genuinely or welcoming guests. It all started from check in, no explanation of resort itself just told to scan a tag, had me waiting almost an hour to actually see a front desk person. Then to the times i went to eat with my son at the open buffet, servers would have a problem with me sitting in a four seat table rather than letting me feel welcomed to be there (I have a stroller and my son needed the space). I needed medical assistance and instead of helping me all they cared was for money mentioning over and over prices. Lastly my one year old son got food poisoning from buffet the night before we left he threw up and i called for a sheet to be changed they did it however when i went to check out they TRY to charge me $200 for the change of the sheet that was dirty. The hotel rooms are a little outdated and the only floor is completely renovated is the 12th (the last floor), some maintenance needs to be done for sure however these staff members don’t care about your experience just your money. Would definitely not be going back.

Like: nice and friendly staff; spacious room, clean pool towels. I want to thank Jesus Villanueva to finding my Apple watch by the pool area. We love that no reservations are needed at restaurants. Entertainment is ok. Cons: bathroom shower does not drain completely; -building is dilapidated; steak at one of the restaurants is bad-poor quality.

The outside is nice but the room not good at all/ like they need to upgrade the room we literally in 2026 but the room is giving 2019. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. But the buffet food was 4/10 for me not a lot of options to choose from . And the samurai restaurant always packed lines Everytime/waiting list but the food was okay in there too

We loved our stay, the staff was attentive and very nice, the food was really good in the restaurants as well as the buffet. The bathrooms could use some upkeep and renovation in the rooms, but otherwise our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!
