The rooms are tidy up throughout the day until 4 and the staff is friendly. I do wish there were a few more that understood English but that’s just me being selfish. The pools are kept clean and beach sitting area was clean and stock of towels. Overall good experience.

The property is beautiful and the food was great, lots of entertainment as well. However, staff wasn’t as welcoming as I would have wanted and they had a strange bank rule about paying for amenities in cash. They made me sign multiple copies (upwards of 25 copies) of a receipt to match my signature on my passport in order for the bank to accept my cash? When we told the spa attendant that we planned to pay in cash they never told us of this long process and when it came time to check out they sprung this on us. The process took up to 40 minutes, luckily my flight wasn’t until 3 hours later or I would have missed my flight dealing with this.

It was a very beautiful experience The only thing I didn’t like was that one Night we went out for dinner at the cafe and the waiter pressure us to purchasing a meal for 130 It was the lobster and the filet .

Wonderful 5 night stay …staff were fantastic including Sebastian our concierge,arranged everything for us including a beautiful breakfast in our room on the 25 th floor..Entertainment was great with my favorite being the opera trio.. Beach and bar staff were attentive and very friendly…arrival and departure were seamless.All and all I would definitely go to this resort again.
