We liked the personal service, the upgrade options, the view from the treadmills in the gym, the spa and the VIP pool and restaurant. We did not appreciate the aggressive sales tactics when we finished our check in and the day after. Still don’t even understand what he was trying to sell because we were exhausted and hungry and wanted to go to our room. Blue water grill food was underwhelming and not 5 star quality.

The staff was amazing, very nice and accommodating Michelle, in the International Cafe was my favorite. The food was spectacular, I didn't have one bad meal. What I didn't like, was that there was no hot water in the early evening when taking a shower. Also, it's very noisy outside with the humming of a generator and music from the property next door. However, the view made up for that, and I liked the place better than not.
