Scam You'll be promised lots of resorts credits. And you'll be told you can use x amount on the spa and x amount on anything else. You'll be given a brochure that says the same. They'll hand write notes on it. Then you'll check out and find out that it's all fake. Promised resort credits of $x,xxx. Billed over $xxx..and told resorts credits weren't available..total scam.

This hotel experience was awful. The staff are very rude. We had major issues with discrimination as well. The staff do not care about the guests and are there just to nickel and dime everyone. Customer service was appalling. Avoid booking this hotel at all costs.

Superb. Celebrated our Babymoon at this resort. Nice small secluded resort for couples. Even though it's small it still felt very luxurious and never felt crowded at all. We will be back!

The only person that I really love and help me is Brenda at the front desk she was amazing The tour is terrible don’t believe them I got allergies to onions they told me don’t worry we will have food for you it’s was a Lie no food no towels and no space in the beach to lay down the restaurant that they told me it’s belong to Sun palace. It’s never was belong to Sun Palace. That was a lie. I’m diabetic. It’s was horrible not Relaxing at all it’s was terrible I got so sick plus I’m on vacation the lady called me at 8 am to go downstairs so she can activate all my activities which is crazy it’s to early in the morning specially I’m on vacation so wrong I was thinking emergency I have to answer the phone but no much more to that

Check in was an absolute nightmare. Was asked to show the physical card that I booked the room with. When I said I literally had no clue what card I used, they proceeded to ask me if I used someone else’s card to book the room. Was told to show them my bank account statement proving I booked the room(which doesn’t even make sense), and when I finally figured out which card I used, which was the Apple Card that uses a different number to in person transactions and virtual transactions, they made me screenshot the card details and email them to some unsecured email address. Either they don’t know how cc security works, or they’re literally trying to steal cc details. Either way, I had to immediately change my virtual cc number because it was now compromised.
