A COMPLAINT IS BEING FILED WITH PROFECO. + More to Come... I happen to have private video footage of physical assault, property interference, and unethical treatment of a guest IN A PUBLIC STREET in front of the hotel, by a resort staff member named Josue, as directed by his supervisor Sergio on October 29, 2025 The hotel staff’s behavior placed them under distress and at risk of harm while trying to leave the property peacefully. Evidence of this incident can only be provided upon valid and legal request for follow-up purposes. Other evidence of non-working AC, wet room from top to bottom, etc. (which they couldn't/refused to change for the first 2 nights) can be found attached

The beach was very enjoyable, it was a close walk from the pool, the entertainment staff was engaging, all the staff members were friendly, the room service was quick and efficient, and the food was really good

Resort was great, hotel not so much. No beach view, no view at all. Probably the worst room in hotel (9326) Stuck in a corner with only a view of mechanical or cooling units. Extremely loud wind that blew into the corner outside. Mirrors had something black on them and one of the doors had a broken latch. Used the foot stool to keep it closed.

Overall my experience at Temptation was great!! Staff is amazing! Restaurants were good. The buffet was just ok. She restaurant was good however not sure if it’s worth the price to get the experience. Theme nights were fun! They push to get you to buy their premier package. In my opinion if you plan on returning to the resort the package may be beneficial. The package will pay for itself based on the prices of the rooms without the package. Overall my experience was good I will return. The people were so much fun and had good vibes.

Rooms were cleaned beautifully every day. Staff was altogether fabulous. I felt well taken care of at the resort. Choose a quiet room if you want to sleep on this trip. They are not messing around about party here.

The overall vibe wasn’t quite what I expected, there were many single men hovering around public areas, which made the atmosphere less relaxed than anticipated. I also noticed a constant push to purchase add-on services, which took away from the all-inclusive experience. The main area of the resort was under construction, and this wasn’t mentioned when booking. That was disappointing since it limited access to some of the main facilities.
