Not a great value for the price in Bali
We were lucky that there were two bedrooms and only the two of us because the downstairs bedroom was basically uninhabitable. In that bedroom, the "mosquito net" had large holes in it and didn't even reach to the sides of the bed much less to the floor, the "lock" on the bedroom door (which the property manager told us to keep locked when we were inside) wasn't a lock at all, and we would have been eaten alive by bugs and a couple of hornets that were inside the property if not for the upstairs bedroom, which at least had enclosed walls and a working lock. The downstairs bathroom, kitchen, eating, and living areas are all open to the outside.
We were told that we would have an onsite helper during the daytime and that we "should not let her leave" before her working hours were over, but she only showed up for about 10 minutes on the second day and 2 minutes on the day we were leaving. She was nice, but made it clear right away that she wasn't going to remain onsite and that she had other properties to clean. I don't think it should be up to guests to deal with the helper's working hours. She didn't do anything for us except run out and buy us a bottle of mosquito repellent.
The best part about the property was the pool table, which was not in great condition, but was usable.
Communications with the property manager were okay and they arranged pickup and transportation for us from the airport for about $25 USD.
We would not stay here again.
