The staff are awesome. Beds are comfy. Room is a bit dated. Pool is nice. Hot tub was not working when we were there. The food in the restaurant are really good! Overall we had a good time and will be back again.

Staff were great and dealt with everything as best they could given an extremely busy and clearly sold out weekend. Frustrating that they charge you for overnight parking at check in if you have a vehicle but during busy long weekends like the one we stayed for one night during, the parking lot fills up quickly and we ended up parking on the street for free since we were off to the airport early anyways. Hot water was hit and miss in our shower and when it did work, it made a high pitched noise the whole time. Overall, a fine hotel for our one night stay between BC and Calagaey Airport.

We love this hotel & have stars countless times as a family, and on solo or couples trips. The lobby area is spacious and our little one loves to run around there. The pool and gym areas are nice as well, rooms are good and views are very nice. Close to a brewery with great food, and a lot of amenities are right across the street. Would recommend & will keep returning!
