The hotel room was great however we had a floor room with rooms above us. We were up all night with the people above us walking around and talking. If you stay here request a room on the top floor.

This hotel is well situated nearby many restaurants and bars in downtown Canmore. The staff is not eager to help when needed. The shower head pressure was weak and the fan in the bathroom was a bit loud. Overall had decent amenities but would probably not be my go to option.

Couldn’t sleep all night cause of the heating system that makes loud thudding noise as it uses the old school thermal system for heat. very close to road can hear traffic at night. No vents on washroom, rooms are pretty small compared to on pictures

Not family friendly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom loft. We have kids ages 10, 8, 5 and 2. Didnt realize the suite had a room underneath when we booked. The people there would bang the ceiling everytime my kids were walking around. This was way before quiet time which is at 10 pm. I told my kids to keep it down but because of how they would bang the ceiling, my kids got scared and literally just sat on the couch and would tip toe around. I messaged the staff but no response. Families should not be allowed to stay in these suites if the rooms do not have minimal sound proof. I tried to contact staff to inform them that it was still too early to have other guests banging our ceiling because they thought we are being loud. Maybe they could have moved the people downstairs to another room or booked us a main floor suite.

Just before checking in, we received a message that the hot tub was out of order. Life happens, so it is something beyond their control, but disappointing. Went to the front desk to ask for ice, and was informed that the machine was empty. This is my second stay in a year, and both times they had no ice. When I inquired about an option for ice, the front desk clerk told me I could walk to Save-on-Foods and buy ice. I understand it is not her fault that the machine was not producing ice, however, being told to walk and buy ice was unacceptable. I asked for a late check out the following day, just by one hour. The front desk clerk, told me she could only do 30 minutes. I was hoping because of the inconvenience of the hot tub and ice, that they would be more accommodating with a one hour late checkout. The bathroom was not the cleanest in our room. While it had been cleaned, there were many random hairs in the tub. I find that very disgusting. Very disappointing overall.

The property was very clean and the best place to be close to be downtown. The free parking was a good bonus. It was our little family of 3 and the Queen one bedroom was perfect. Only one little complaint is we missed the information about the hot tub being closed on Sundays, but the property was great and next time we will plan around the hot tub service days

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The location is walk friendly. The staff was very responsive and friendly. My friend and I only have one complaint about this facility. The jets in the hot tub stopped at 920 each night we were there and would not come back on and the chemical levels in the hot tub ruined both of our swim suits. Bleached the color right out of them. We would stay again, but will not bring new suits next time. It was a costly lesson.

The pictures led me to believe that the property was a bit larger and more secluded. Things were clean but didn’t sparkle. You get what you paid for! Lovely town and the front desk did an excellent job of ensuring we were happy with the accommodations.

This was our fourth time staying here and the third time that the hot tub was broke last minute again! Sorry to say probably won’t be coming back for awhile due to this ongoing issue, half the reason we book here is to use the outdoor hot tub and each time we’re disappointed because it never seems to be working soon as we’re in route to or just have arrived.
