A well located one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with wonderful sea views.
It is perfect for sun-lovers as it is right across the road from the beautiful sandy beaches along Boulevard du Midi, with amazing sea views and sun light on the terrace and in the living room.
The open-plan living area opens onto a terrace with stunning sea views. Here there is a table with chairs.
In the living area there is a sofa which folds out into a bed. There is also a dining table for 4 and a TV.
The kitchen is well equipped allowing guests to be able to cater for themselves. Among the appliances included are an oven, hob, toaster, microwave,kettle, fridge...
The bedroom has a double bed.
The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower, toilet, washbasin, great lighting and a washing machine.
The building has several entrances which are all very usefull, one at the bottom to get direclty to the beach, one on the side with access to easy parking, one at the top on the main street with easy access to the center and the Palais des Festival.
From the top entrance of the building, the Palais des Festivals is exactly a 1km walk, so around 13 minutes at average walking speed.
Everything that Cannes has to offer from great shops and restaurants to bars and cafes can be easily reached by foot. The beaches are just a few steps away and the views from this property are spectacular and relaxing.
