Pedestrian residence classified CLE VERTE *** at 800m from the beach, 2km from the Palais des Festivals and 1km from the natural park of "CROIX DES GARDES".
In the residence:
Pleasant garden, panoramic swimming pool (paying deckchairs from mid June to mid September) access to the free solarium, paddling pool, playground, sports ground, table tennis.
On site (paying):
Tennis, laundromat, restaurant, bar, mini-market.

In the living room: RAPIDO 160 × 200 sofa (new in 2020), table + 4 chairs and large screen TV.
In the sleeping area cabin, 2x80x190 bunk beds and office area.

A kitchenette equipped with TOP fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso.

Séjour très agréable
Résidence très propre et bien entretenue.
Parking couvert très pratique. Piscine sublime.
Appartement avec vue mer sublime. Tous les équipements sont présents.
Communication avec le propriétaire au top. Petites attentions du propriétaire ont été appréciées et tellement rares dans les locations.
Nous reviendront !

Vacances avec mes filles réussi !!
Emplacement, confort, vue magnifique et propreté. Tout est réuni pour découvrir la côte d'Azur, tout en profitant de la piscine et de la mer. Les propriétaires sont disponibles au moindre soucis ou pour tous renseignements.
