Outside, on a large, well-kept and fenced lawn, guests can take a serene dip in the private pool, snooze under the shadows of trees, soak in the solarium and enjoy an aperitif under a pergola or organise rustic-style BBQ evenings! 

The holiday rental is centrally-heated for comfy year-round stays and you will find all the modern comforts for a wholesome, self-catering holiday. There is a large and bright living room centred around a brick fireplace with ample sofa seating, a gaming console, free Wi-Fi, a DVD player and flat-screen TV completing the amenities of the room. The kitchen of the house has everything you would need to enjoy a carefree holiday: dining for 6, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and drip coffee machine are available.

Please note: Check-in is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. The rental has a completely independent entrance and the owner lives in a separate apartment in the basement of the house.

Location

The holiday rental has an Italian grocery store, pizzeria, restaurants and a bar within walking distance to facilitate a carefree stay. For modern essentials, San Leonardo in Treponzio is just a short 6-minutes drive from here. The rental area is also convenient to enjoy hikes and the natural beauty of the Tuscan landscape as the lake and park at Lago delle Gheradesca are 15-minutes on foot.

Other than that, guests can easily reach the famous tourist destination of the region in under half an hour from the property’s location: these include, Terme di Montecatini (one of the great spa towns of Europe) and the beautiful Villa Torregiani with its exceptional gardens. Guests are also strategically placed to enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ligurian coast as Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are all 40-45 minutes drive away. For historical trips, the art city of Lucca with its stunning Via Fillungo, Guinigi Tower, Piazza Napoleone and more is just 10-minutes by car from here. The nearest airport is Pisa, approximately a 40-minute drive from this detached holiday home in Capannori!
