Great villa and great location

The villa was great and equipped with all conveniences. The view was fantastic and it was nice the swimming pool was already open. Within 1-2 hour you can visit nice cities Florence, Pisa and also Lucca is near by.

Gorgeous retreat

We loved the privacy and the pool with the gorgeous view! The bedrooms were updated and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I hope we get the pleasure of staying at Villa Noa again.

This villa is stunning - great rooms with each private bathrooms, well equipped kitchen for this many people. The garden and pool area are just amazing! We had a great time and recommend it to anyone! Street to the house is a little bumpy but worth the ride for this amazing villa!

The villa was amazing! All bedrooms had private baths and amazing views. The house was updated but kept its vintage charm. It was spotless.The infinity pool overlooks hills of Tuscany. The city of Lucca is conveniently located with a train station that goes all over Italy. Delicious restaurants and a grocery nearby. Manager Daniela and Anna were extremely helpful. Anna made a wonderful dinner! You will love it!

A bit of paradise in Italy

EVERYTHING! The villa, the grounds, the view, I could see Monte Serra which I used to see from my grandparents home in Pisa when I visited as a young girl, all special meaning for me, Anna our chef, Daniela our host, the beautiful furniture and styling, the pool. I could go on and on, it was paradise! A less bumpy road getting there( just kidding), that was fun too!

Beautiful Villa in Lucca

We had an amazing week at this villa with our family. The house and views are even more beautiful than the photos. It is quiet, private, and relaxing. The location makes it easy to enjoy day trips to other places, such as Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this villa again if we came back to this area. We highly recommend it!

Awesome Property

This property exceeded our expectations, our group of nine enjoyed our time at Villa Noa, the setting in an olive groove overlooking Lucca is stunning. Our host Daniela looked after all of our needs and was excellent to work with. Be sure and have Anna do a meal for you, it is a treat. We would love to return some day.

Excellent stay in the hills of Lucca

Villa Noa is an excellent private villa nestled among olive trees in the hills north of Lucca. If you are looking for privacy and an authentic experience for your group, look no further. Daniela, the villa manager, ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience and that all our needs were taken care of. We hired Anna, a local recommended by Daniela for one of the nights for dinner and were not disappointed. Lucca Apartments and Villas always delivers the level of service we expect.

Beautiful

The villa was perfect for our group and requirements. It is set up and away from everything, so was perfect for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. My only negative was that the mosquitoes shredded me but that is not a reflection on the villa! Anna and her wonderful family cooked for us on two occasions, the food was delicious and I would recommend this to anyone visiting. Maybe a few more pool towels, but the fact they were provided was a bonus!

Simply amazing!

The property is gorgeous, all the rooms are fantastic, and the kitchen is something out of the movies! We were a large extended family group of 16 people including grandparents, parents, and young kids, and the place was fantastic for this type of gathering. It's truly set up to host a large gathering comfortably, and the pool is incredible. Daniela was a very responsive host, and we definitely reccomend to hire Anna and her daughter to come cook for you in the villa. It's cost effective and delicious.

Unforgettable stay in a stunning villa

Villa Noa is straight out stunning, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully restored. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and all have on-suite. The outdoor space is exceptional, featuring an infinity pool with gorgeous views, a spacious outdoor dining and relaxing area, and lush gardens, all private and peaceful . Everything in the process was smooth and professional. Daniela, the warm and welcoming host makes you feel right at home and answers all your questions promptly. Anna, the wonderful cook, created delicious meals with care and a big smile. Small town of Marlia nearby where you can pick up groceries, pizza etc. Lucca in a short driving distance, 15-20 mins. Highly recommended. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year.

Our stay at Villa Noa totally exceeded expectations, from Daniela’s warm welcome, to the delicious meal on our last evening cooked by Anna. The Villa and surrounding areas are kept in perfect condition, and allowed all our group to fully enjoy the peace and tranquility. Communication with Daniella was superb and her responses were always prompt and very helpful. We also used Chef in Tuscany to cook for us on a couple of nights, communication with Graziella was excellent and the food and service was fantastic. Our Italian dream became a reality at Villa Noa

Fantastic!

We were a family group of 14 staying in July 2024. We had a fantastic time! The villa is gorgeous and comfortable, a wonderful place to hang out but also close to Lucca. We hired Anna to cook for us on our first and last evenings but after the first feast asked her back twice more. Daniela made the arrangements easy and was always responsive to any questions or to make suggestions. I cannot say enough about Villa Noa! It will be a memory our family shares forever!

Incredible Villa in Lucca hills

Words cannot describe how much our family of 15 enjoyed our time at Villa Noa. The property was even better than advertised. The amenities and furnishings were superb. We ate all our meals Al fresco and the salt water pool was wonderful. The housekeeper Anna and her daughter made us two meals while we were there and were very reasonable and restaurant quality. They were so pleasant and friendly. We all loved Lucca. Not swarmed with tourists but a really fun place. We daytripped to Cinque Terre and several other towns nearby but really loved our time at Villa Noa. Daniela was very helpful as well.

This house is wonderful.

We enjoyed a week there, even though it rained most of the time. The living room was a great place for 9 people to spend time with each other, and kitchen and dining room were both lovely places to cook and eat together. Each of the bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The only thing to mention is that two of the bedrooms are in the same building but separated from the rest of the house and are accessed through a separate entrance. The house is close to a very good supermarket and is about a 15-20 drive into Lucca. We loved it!

It was beyond lovely and spacious the grounds are exquisite and quiet. The pool area is a veritable refuge and oasis from the business of travel. This family trip was to celebrate our 50th anniversary and included our three children, their spouses and 8 grandchildred raging in age from almost 2 to almost 14. It was quite magical to say the least. The hosts couldn't have been more attentive to our every whim. We treated ourselves to two fabulous dinners provided by the lovely Anna and it was a joyful indulgence. This place is a jewel in every way. Thanks for the wonderful lifetime memory.

Perfect stay at the beautiful Villa Noa!

The villa was absolutely perfect for our large group of 14 adults and provided all the amenities in an absolutely stunning location. Everything about the booking process was very easy and straightforward. I had some issues with the site accepting my credit card but the team were able to quickly provide an alternative way to pay. All the team were responsive and clear in their messaging. Upon arrival, the house manager Daniela met our group at an agreed location and showed us around the Villa, ensuring we knew where everything was. Upon check out, she again met us at the Villa and ensured we had a good stay. She was very easy to communicate with and made the check in and check out process a breeze. One amazing perk of this house is the private chefs - we originally hadn’t organized to have the chefs cook us a meal as we had assumed it would be very expensive. Daniela explained the rates and process to us upon check in and it was a no brainer to have the chefs! They organize the menu, do the shopping, cook and serve at an agreed time and do all the clean up. It was incredibly well priced and absolutely delicious food. The ladies who cooked for us were lovely and made the whole experience incredibly special. The house itself is as good as it looks in the photos - stunning location overlooking the Italian countryside, large pool with plenty of loungers and cabanas, and each room had its own bathroom. We can’t wait to go back! Definitely advertise the chefs more! It was such an amazing experience to have home cooked meals at the Villa.
