Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Villa für eine Woche mit 5 Personen gemietet und waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden! Sehr schade war allerdings die direkt gegenüber gelegene Baustelle mit dem teilweise störendem Baulärm und dem Kran,der den an sich supertollen Blick aufs Meer extrem gestört hat! Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung verlief problemlos per Mail und wir bekamen immer zeitnah Antworten auf bestehende Fragen oder Anliegen! Seit Samstag sind wir nun wieder zu Hause und warten noch auf die Rückerstattung der Kaution. Die Abrechnung des verbrauchten Stroms war im Vorfeld recht dürftig beschrieben so dass wir das leider verpasst haben! Das könnte besser erklärt werden und nicht nur als kleiner dünn gedruckter Nebensatz! Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und konnten eine schöne Woche auf Mallorca genießen!

Wahnsinns Aussicht

Wir waren eine 12 köpfige Gruppe (8 Erwachsene und 4 Kleinkindern), die die Unterkunft für eine Woche genutzt haben. Da die Unterkunft nur für 10 Personen ausgelegt ist, was wir irrtümlich bei der Reservierung übersehen hatten (Im Suchverlauf wurden eigentlich von uns 12 Personen angegeben), wurde von „Mallorca Villa selection“ netterweise für einen Aufpreis von 280,00 Euro zwei zusätzlich Betten zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine alte Finca, die an manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage des Objekts mit direktem Meerblick und der Pool waren für uns das Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Pool hat eine sehr schöne Größe gehabt, ist aber aufgrund seiner Tiefe von ca. 2,25m nur bedingt für Kleinkinder geeignet. Ein kleiner Strand ist von der Unterkunft fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Objekt befinden sich in Hanglage und hat mehrere Terrassen, die über verschiedene Treppen zu erreichen sind. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, kann hier Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Mit der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft waren wir zufrieden, allerdings gab es auch hier wie typisch für südeuropäische Länder verschiedene Insekten in den Gebäuden. Die Unterkunft können wir weiterempfehlen.
