The 100m² vacation home is located in Capdepera, a maritime town in eastern Majorca. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The home also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun on the open and covered terraces, all for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and showers and a grill, also for private use.
The home is just a 4 to 7 minute (2 to 4.5 km) drive from a restaurant and a bar, and a cafeteria and is 9 minutes (6.5 km) by car from the home. The home features a private 15-minute path to the beautiful Cala Mesquida beach. The Rancho Cala Mesquida just a 4 minute (2 km) drive from the home can schedule walks with horses. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Capdepera Golf course just a 9 minute (6.8 km) drive from the home. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 1 hour and 6 minute (78 km) drive from the home.
