Our unit was perfect for our stay. Our complex was nastagic and probably built in the 60's in the peak of the Apollo days. We liked the feel of it. A lot of Cocoa Beach has the same feel.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots & pans. There were many herbs for cooking, but no table salt. We ended up buying some salt and leaving it there. We didn't need sugar, but some might have liked it for coffee or tea.
Our unit did not overlook the beach, but we were less than a block away. We took a stroll on the beach almost every day. The bed was very comfortable. The couch was a futon, so a little uncomfortable to sit on in the eveing when we would watch a little TV before bed. It would have been nice to have a table or a dresser in the bedroom to put our bags on. There were plenty of trash can liners and toilet paper and paper towels to replace the ones we used. The pool was clean and everyone we saw at our little complex was friendly and nice.
We did laundry one time and the washers and dryers were adequate. We had to buy our own laundry soap, though. We never saw any managment, but the remote check-in and out was very slick. We would stay here again.
