This is the ultimate house for a beach week or long weekend! Just imagine waking up for coffee on the front porch with the sea breeze in your hair. Maybe a short stroll to the beach or the local breakfast joint to ease into the day. Just 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to Mason Ave, the possibilities are endless.

Within walking distance (3-5 minute walk) - beach, restaurants, ice cream, pubs, library, candy store, central park, etc.

Our home is set up with 4 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. There are two a full baths, one on each level, each with a walk in shower. Finished wood floors throughout, while still keeping the 1920 charm. Wifi and a smart TV are provided to keep you occupied on any rainy days. The kitchen is completely remodeled, fully stocked and open to the dining and living areas! There is a charcoal grill on the back deck that leads to a shady backyard to house any outdoor activities. Golf carts are available for rent through CC Ryder or Eastern Shore Custom Carts. But wait.. have I mentioned the front porch?

Our family is so excited to share this wonderful home with you! We acquired it in June 2018 and have been working on it to make it perfect for you! Please keep in mind that this home was built in 1920 and the house reflects this! It has low ceilings upstairs and some quirks but it is a lovely home with tons of charm. At least there isn`t boat tar on the floor anymore... yes... I said boat tar... !!

Enjoy the whole house! There are two locked closets for storage.

We live 3 hours away, however, call or text if you need anything!

Cape Charles is a hidden gem on the Virginia Eastern Shore known for its sunsets over the water, small town feel, and family friendly beach! Cape Charles sits on the Chesapeake Bay, one of the few places along the East Coast to watch the sunset over the water. In addition to the variety of restaurants, you can find yourself at the local brewery, distillery, or hard cider house after a day at the beach. If you need a break from the beach, Cape Charles is home to unique shops, a full service day spa, and two nationally ranked golf courses.
