This beautiful home features an open floor plan. Adjacent from the living is the kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has all of the kitchen essentials needed to make a delicious meal for you and your guests.
This villa has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest rooms feature a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and the last guest room features two twin beds. This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably but can accommodate up to 10 guests with extra sleeping space of two twin cots.

A key feature of Villa Sip N Sea is the beautiful pool and lanai area with canal views. The salt water pool is heated and you will enjoy the southern exposure and be able to soak up the Florida sun! The outside patio area has a built in kitchen and grill. There are also two kayaks available for you!

got there first day to find that the pool was not working.also found master shower head was not working.found electric fireplace didn't work.twin beds in quest room were unstable and fell apart.microwave vent cover missing.most upsetting thing was not having pool for the whole stay which was the reason we chose this place for the kids to have a pool.after multiple conversations starting the first day with property manager that said they would send somebody out to look at these things. but it was a no show from anybody are whole stay.as a result it was very frustrating.

Clean, spacious and well-stocked

We stayed with another family (7 of us total) and thought the house was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked. It fit our needs perfect. There were plenty of kitchen items on hand, towels, etc. so we felt we were well taken care of. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of outdoor seating and comforts. There were even amentities to make a beach outing perfect, like beach chairs, wagons to pull them in, bags to pack food, and more. The beds were comfortable and there were extra throw blankets and pillows available, too. The management was easy to communicate with, as we had a few questions, and their responses were fast. Overall, this house was amazing and I would definitely rent it again.
