Everything was great. Large enough for 2 families to be comfortable. There are games that the kids enjoyed and the pool area was a great place to hang out.
Excellent host, clear and concise communication. The house was super clean and in excellent condition, far exceeded our expectations. Great walkable neighborhood. We will definitely return.
Wonderful house in a great location. We stayed 6 weeks and everything was great. Owners were wonderful with communication and checking in to see how our stay was going. Plan on returning next year!
We recently visited this rental as a midwinter getaway. The house was fantastic. Perfect set up for our family, very clean and close to all amenities. The pool was a huge hit for all but especially the kids. I highly recommend. The hostess excellent at getting back to me with any questions I had.
Prompt and friendly communication with host. The neighborhood was welcoming and house was spotless clean once arrived to the home. Appreciated the welcoming goodies for the kids along with the beach essentials that came in handy! Heated pool was definitely a plus!
Twin Palms is a very clean nicely decorated home. It worked well for our group of 9. Especially loved all the beach gear that is available. It all came in very handy. We were a little surprised to realize the pool table is not full sized as it was one of the main reasons we rented this home. However, the kids still enjoyed playing and it worked out fine. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay in Cape Coral, this clean welcome home in a quiet neighborhood was great. We liked having the option to walk to Publix and Target, easy drive to shops, restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed the Farmerâs Market on Saturday too! Paula was very accessible, readily available to answer any questions. This was a great find!
This lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath, house in Cape Coral was sparkling clean & the furnishings were new, charming & very comfortable. There were also nice perks like Keurig + regular coffee pot & snacks too. The kitchen was well furnished with cooking/dining supplies. The family room had wonderful seating for 7. The screened in pool area also had plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, dining or sunning. The location was perfect for our visit to Ft Myers attractions & dining at Fords Garage & Two Meatballs in the kitchen. Overall this place was great & communications with the owners was great too!

Fort Meyers Beach is about 30 minutes away driving. Master Crab is less than 10 minutes away and itâs amazing sea food place. The house had everything you could think to need! Pool and beach accessories, grilling accessories, towels, plenty of dishes and items to cook with.
Publix, Target, Walmart, Family Dollar along with alot of other places are 5ish minutes away.
So so pleased with this home, will definitely book again!
Good location could get anywhere we planned in about 30 minutes. Clean, comfortable, and loved the grill! They have beach wagons and chairs which was awesome, we didn't know we brought our own! Beach toys for the kids and pool toys available my kids took full advantage. Thank you for sharing your home with us this past week!!
The house is absolutely great. My first comment is that you must realize that you will have many tolls to pay if you plan to travel out of Cape Coral. Keep this in mind when you rent as they can be expensive. The second comment is a suggestion for VRBO. Because of Covid, 2 of 8 members of our group could not travel as they tested positive the day before we left. I asked the owner to add the names of the members that stayed with us but could not do this and referred me to VRBO. I contacted them and they said as I paid for the whole group they could not help. The PROBLEM is that the 2 members that could not travel had to receipt to show their insurance company to get reimbursed as they could not travel. They did get reimbursed by the airline as they bought their tickets but because VRBO refuses to give us a receipt with the all the names of the members of the group, we are going back and forth between our insurer and VRBO. We have been unable to travel for 2 years and like you, excited we can start travelling again. Companies like VRBO are going to have to rethink their way of doing things to accommodate all for aspects like insurances. Having managed businesses in both Canada and USA, I know for a fact there is no problem in including this type of information on a receipt. I was just unlucky with the manager that refused to do this for us. By the way, the young lady that was assisting me at VRBO did a great job but said her manager was the one that refused to change.
