30 days was not long enough! We totally enjoyed our time at this Villa. Amenities were all as described, any issues were handled by Jim the caretaker on a timely basis. The view is amazing. Overall it was a great time to be away from the cold of the Northeast.

While we were happy with the house itself, we had an unfortunate incident that put a damper on the trip. The house was advertised as having 2 kayaks, something we look for when booking. The first time we took the kayaks out it was an adult and a 13 year old boy. The kayak my son was in ended up being damaged and nearly sank with my son in it. Thankfully he stayed calm, and was close enough to a dock, that he was able to get out of the water safely. Saving the kayak from the water a nightmare because it had taken in so much water and weighed a ton. We ended up pulling it out and dragging it across many yards to get it back to the property. We did reach out and were told that a new kayak would be delivered the next day. That ended up taking 2 days and by the time a new one was delivered it was a complete wash out for the remainder of the trip and we never got back out.

Family Vacation 2025

Our family enjoyed 10 wonderful days at the property! The communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to respond. We have stayed in many different homes in the Cape Coral area and this was by far our favorite! Great location in the town, great location on the canal, and many wonderful amenities. The house was very well stocked!Our highfliers seeing dolphins in the canal, swimming daily in the pool, and relaxing/sun bathing on the lanai/dock area! It was a peaceful, relaxing, and recharging week!

The property was as listed - clean and nice. After checking in, we had no issues where we needed to contact the host/property manager. However, before we arrived, we had a few questions and the responses were quick and very helpful.

Great and very relaxing stay. Holidays like they should be

Already when arriving we felt warmly welcome in Sue‘s house. The pool, the rooms, the garage, all tidy and clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is big and open with a window to the pool area. Stunning view over the canal with a breathtaking sunset view in the evening. We could tie up our boat at the poles at the water patio. The kayaks could be used as well and we found all we needed for an adventurous

Spacious house and incredible view

Beautiful and spacious home. We all had our own space. Lots of extras like box fans for noise, extra non perishable items left, beach towels, tv. Pool was nice and what a view!

Beautiful house!

This beautiful house was perfect for our group of 5 adults-2 couples and 1 single. Very clean, everything was in good condition. We did cook a couple meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We made use of the pool and the laundry and were so pleased with both. We spent several mornings and several evenings enjoying the relaxing view of the canals from the dock. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Everyone in our group kept remarking about how perfect the house was! We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Ft Myers area. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place! If you’re on the fence about renting it I say “Do it, you won’t regret it”!

Priceless Sunsets

Rest, Relaxation and Fishing

Brought our boat and the men enjoyed fishing while the women lounged by the pool. The house was very comfortable for 2 couples plus one more. Enjoying cooking in and eating at the table by the pool with the fabulous sunset views!

Haus war wie beschrieben, ist aber teilweise renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, z.B. TĂŒr zum Pool Bad klemmt, hier und da kleinere Macken. Trotzdem ist das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Es liegt in einer wunderbaren, ruhigen Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Wir haben jeden Tag den Ausblick genossen. Der Pool war sauber und groß. In der Umgebung gibt es viele StrĂ€nde. Es war eine KĂŒhlbox und StrandstĂŒhle vorhanden, das war praktisch. Ein paar Sandspielsachen fĂŒr Kinder wĂ€ren noch toll gewesen. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes kam Jim der Housekeeper vorbei, er war super freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Cape Coral!

Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property & it had absolutely everything we needed! The floor plan of the house is designed nicely and provides all guests plenty of personal space. The pool was incredibly relaxing and the area was very quiet and peaceful! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place and unbeatable location

The property is beautiful and the set up is extremely convenient for families. The screened in pool was clean and there were plenty of floaties. The view was beautiful. I even got to see a dolphin right through the sliding glass door.
