Charming spacious 4+bdrm Cape May Beach House WOW

Beautifully renovated beach house is adjacent to the Bird Preserve/Sanctuary. The charming Historic town of Cape May is our Nation’s First Seaside resort and only 7 blocks away. The beach is about 11 blocks and biking there is easy. There are 4 bedrooms + office, 3 levels of professionally designed cozy spaces with cathedral ceilings, 3rd floor mini kitchen/bar and deck with a peekaboo view of the ocean, 3 balconies, 2 patios, 1 fire pit, 1 covered porch, 1 deck and a charming screened porch.

We have a lockbox attached to the back stairs to the screened in porch.
Other things to note
We have the added benefit of seeing all the horse and carriages clip clop past the house up to 16 times per day!! 💗They pass by the house on their way into town to give tours. Open the windows when they pass by and pretend you’re living in the Historic times of Cape May. 💕
