My parents, 8 year old son, and myself stayed at Nickâs property the first week of October. This is one of the few times we booked outside of a realtor and used an app so I was a little nervous. I can honestly say that the place was absolutely wonderful!! The apartment has a side entrance thatâs private with an easy keypad to use. Even my parents figured it out! The adorable patio is in the back. We didnât use the outdoor showers but nice to have them for the summer months! We sat out back reading quite a bit in the sun. There is also a beautiful wrap around front porch, which is accessible from the spacious living room. I also spent some time relaxing in the afternoons there, just watching people go by. The apartment overall is spacious, with a large kitchen supplied with anything you could think of. We spent a few nights cooking dinner at home. The living room has a tv with every channel, and there is plenty of comfortable sitting space as well. It was nice to unwind and put a movie on there at night. The bedrooms were very nice. No closets, but plenty of dressers and a space to hang items as well, hangers provided. The only thing worth mentioning is the master bed (queen size) is set up very high. My dad couldnât climb up onto it, and some other older people might have issues. However, there is the sofa bed so that was where my dad slept comfortably. The space was also very clean and tidy and in a great location. Parking was not an issue either. Definitely would recommend
