Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property is located in a nice area in camps bay. However the flat is very basic, cleanliness is a problem with ants and flies all over the place. We were promised daily house keeping but only received it once during 5 days. The communication from the host Roxanne was sub par. The flat was very hot and there was no fan or AC, we asked for a fan right after check in but despite several reminders Roxanne didn't reply or organise a fan during our 5 day stay. Overall our experience in the flat was not great at all. We would not advise to book this place.
