The Space

Westside Studios is a centrally located modern block with 24/7 security
access control, secure covered parking and elevator access. The
apartment is an expansive New York style loft with whitewashed brick
and modern finishes. Featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining area and
lounge with huge double volume windows overlooking Signal Hill and the
colourful homes of Bo Kaap. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the
living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as
possible. The Bedroom loft is located upstairs. It has a comfortable
queen size bed, aircon and a work-space/office desk.

Please note that this apartment may not be suitable for small children.
This is a loft apartment and the railing around the upstairs level is
not closed. A child could be in danger of falling.
