The structure is located southeast of the Island of Elba where it is possible to see beautiful panoramas that dominate the entire Gulf of Mola.
Nice one bedroom apartment of the villa, (about 42MQ); has 4 beds; the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a shower cubicle with a shower head.
Equipped kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, glasses, flatware, tables, chairs, etc., etc ...
SAT TV, LED LCD and free WI / FI internet connection.
Shared laundry, barbecue, outdoor shower, games for children and illuminated panoramic square with lovely garden; outside there is also an external covered porch with tables, chairs and deckchairs with sun loungers.
