The ocean views from this unit are breathtaking.

Includes your own private Golf Car! This beautiful beach front unit is located within the South Seas resort grounds. Enjoy some of the continents most spectacular ocean sunsets right from your own private balcony.

The property was recently purchased and has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The floors, doors, kitchen, bath, appliances, furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses for an ultra modern look. The unit includes access to washer and dryer, the unit has a pullout sofa and a murphy bed enabling the unit to comfortably sleep up to 5 people.

The unit will be fully stocked with a 4 seater golf cart and all beach amenities.

This is a private residence within South Seas resort. You will not have access to the main resort pool. There are gorgeous condo pools within steps of the unit.

You will have access to all Captiva has to offer by golf cart - Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Doc Fords, Green Flash, Starbucks etc. PLEASE NOTE: There was a catastrophic hurricane at the end of 2022. While much of the area is open and the beaches are pristine, there is construction happening all over thr island.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Alison Hagerup Beach Park. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The condo offers a kitchen and a washer/dryer.
