Estadia PERFEITA!

Muito obrigada Marta por ser tão prestativa! Sempre disponível qndo precisamos! A casa é maravilhosa, muito aconchegante e limpa, a piscina é uma delícia, usamos até de noite todos os dias, o sol pega o dia todo deixando a água bem quentinha!! O condomínio é super seguro e calmo, a localização é ótima, uma delicia pra andar de bicicleta! Super recomendo e espero voltar em breve!!

A casa é muito boa. O condomínio é excelente. Adoramos a área de lazer e aproveitamos muito a cozinha gourmet. Até saiu pizza no forno a lenha. Adoramos. Pretendemos voltar mais vezes.

Vale a pena!

Adoramos a estadia no imóvel. A cozinha e churrasqueira integrada à área de lazer nos permitiu melhor comunicação durante o preparo dos alimentos. Os utensílios de cozinha atenderam bem nossa necessidade, só as facas que estavam cegas. Sentimos falta de mais iluminação e ventiladores na cozinha, embora o ventilador presente seja bem potente, ainda assim achamos o ambiente quente (não recomendo ar condicionado pois precisaria fechar as janelas e perderia a proposta de ambiente aberto). Já no quarto dos fundos caberia um ar condicionado. Nos dois quartos menores os ventiladores atendeu bem. A piscina é limpa e bem tratada. Não cabem mais de dois carros na garagem, no nosso caso os carros eram grandes e só coube um, mas os outros dormiram na rua e não tivemos nenhum problema. Aliás, o condomínio é super tranquilo, fizemos caminhada tarde da noite com os cãezinhos,e também bem cedinho, e foi muito agradável. O imóvel é gostoso e muito confortável, e a localização é ótima, dá pra ir andando pra praia. Recomendo!!! Levem repelente!

Eu e minha família adoramos a casa , super limpinha , localizada dentro de um condomínio onde passa total segurança para quem quer um pouco de sossego . Casa muito agradável.

Casa muito confortável, ambiente agradável, tudo muito bem organizado, cada detalhe muito bem cuidado. A proprietária Marta sempre acessível, e de extrema simpatia. Condomínio seguro, muito organizado. A praia que fica de frente ao condomínio muito tranquila, não tem aquele excesso de pessoas, e o mar que em um primeiro momento fiquei ressabiada (em função de alguns comentários) maravilhoso, é agitado onde as ondas quebram mas um pouco mais adiante ele se torna calmo.

Espetacular !!!

A Marta é uma pessoa super super atenciosa do início ao fim. O imóvel é de cair o queixo. A casa é muito mais proveitosa do que as praias que conhecemos. O cuidador da pisicina foi todos os dias tratar a água. Pena que já está alugada para o final do ano. Beijo Marta ! Muito obrigada pela experiência !
