we visited Carbondale for a SIU event and the team recommended this hotel, i just can say was a great experience, all days during my stay the room was made, any help required they were able to help and attended properly, the breakfast as expected, all worked fine, we can book again for the next trip!

Had to carry our bags up steps to get to 2nd floor. The mattress hurt our back. But the biggest disappointment was “breakfast.” Cold cereal and coffee so bad that my husband wouldn’t even drink it and he will usually drink any coffee. It’s like they threw something out there just so they can claim to have breakfast to trick those who make it a search criteria.
