It don’t get off to a good start when reception couldn’t find my reservation. We were allocated room 301 and when we settled noticed that the tea/coffee/sugar was not restocked so I went down to reception to notify. Someone knocked on the door a little later with 2 tea bags and that was it. I went out to get my own tea bags and milk etc. The room was not very sound proof. We could hear the family in room 303-every word of every sentence, every scream and swear word through the night. I complained to reception on evening duty who were very professional and moved us to a different room. It was a dreadful experience

The Room had no chairs to sit on ,no dressing table so could not put your laptop anywhere very poor, stains on carpet,the blub in bedside table didn't work, but we were able to book in before check in time with no extra to pay ,and staff very friendly
