No heating in bedroom on coldest night of the year at zero degrees. This issue with no heating has been going on for a few weeks. Given a bad room next to escalator with no privacy, lock on bedroom door broken can’t lock door with safety latch from inside. Bathroom very dated and old. No slippers in room. Below basic service won’t be staying at the Cardiff Marriott again.

Breakfast was average staff were lovely but there was guest in the dining area with their feet up on the chairs i do feel this was inappropriate but no staff approached the guest to ask them to please remove there feet. and the bed was very uncomfortable

The room was so warm the air con wasn’t working properly told guest services when we checked out - sorry about that was the reply The restaurant got our steaks the wrong way round and gave us some free drinks - totally different attitude couldn’t do enough for us
