Fabulous stay, great staff, great room, great view, great food! My only niggles are 1 lift was out of order so lift wait was long at times, wait to be seated in dining was long as no-one was ever at the door to seat us and children only have limited pool times which was disappointing. I can understand small kids who may be noisy etc but kids over 12 should have a bit more flexibility. Other than that, we will definitely be back!

The hotel looks very nice. Lovely rooms, comfortable pillows and bed. Everything is perfectly clean and well maintained. Staff are so accommodating. Spa is very big and luxurious. Sauna might be the best I have been in. I can’t fault it and I would come back for sure.

A lovely location. Very easy to walk to the restaurant and attractions in the Bay (eg Millennium Centre, Techniquest). The staff were all very welcoming. Plenty of space in our room with a lovely view of the water. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool was a good size.
