Some of the staff are really nice. There was an issue with not having hot water to take a shower. They stopped putting out cookies several days ago. Sometimes the halls smell like smoking. None of it is that serious but you could definitely pay less.

Good value, quiet location It was not disclosed that the pool and hot tub are shut down for renovations. Larkspur and hotels.com should be more accurate in the description of amenities. This was not an unplanned outage. The pool area is being renovated.

The bathroom was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet. Loved the little desk nook and the nightlight. Everyone was super friendly- give that breakfast hostess a raise- she was genuinely friendly and helpful with a smile. I walked in to register and saw my name above the message “Guest of the Day” and received a little snack goodie bag. Nice touch. Would stay again. No frills but comfy and you can tell they are trying to build good customer service.

Room was big and very clean! Breakfast was great, a lot of items to pick from, best selection I’ve seen in years. Ladies running this area were great too, area was very tidy, well stocked and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
