No, microwave was non op (this was a kitchenette) and we planned on heating food in it which caused us to waste food. TV in main room was non-op and we had to wait until next am for maintenance to come and reset it. Volume still had to be at 85 to hear it. Bedroom TV was the same couldn't hear it unless at 85 on volume. Bed was comfortable AC worked great.

Nice hotel. Easy access to everything. I have stayed here a few times. A little noisy in certain rooms, make sure to ask for a room facing the pool or Avenida street. Breakfast from 6-9 am. Fitness center is good, pool is clean. I will stay here again.

It was ok but the carpets were dirty entering the room and I requested a quiet room and was more toward the highway a few rooms down from the back of the hotel. I missed breakfast too I thought they said until 10:00 am but it was until 9:00. Would I stay there again not horrible but could use their carpets cleaned the bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows which I liked. Management very accommodating and nice.

I have to start off by saying that the staff was amazing at check-in. As for the hotel itself, if I could give it zero stars, I would. When I first walked into the room, there was an odd smell- it was a clean room, but the smell was hard to ignore. During breakfast, there was an even stronger smell throughout the dining area. If you would like to eat your breakfast alongside the smell of what I think was some homeless then definitely book your trip here. I didn’t eat anything and unfortunately, our family had to leave the hotel. Again, the staff were really nice and helpful.
