Had a great gentleman check us in. The woman who worked the register on the right side should probably not be your customer service person. Checked all the boxes but condescending and rude with a smile. Bothered I was asking questions and hoping to pass me off anywhere where possible. Loved the room, amenities and all else. She took up head space on a family trip for a bit and that was annoying.

Fire alarm wouldn’t stop going off at property after they had a fire in the activity room the day we checked in. One of the two elevators was shut down and they put us in the furthest room possible from the work elevator. Mind you this all happened while we were waiting for 2+ hours after check in time for our room to be ready with zero perks or comps for the troubles. The only reason I’d ever stay here again is for it’s proximity to Legoland.

The overall facility in the common areas (not including the lobby) is a bit dated. The condo rooms were nice. Though the couch was a bit hard to sit on for a long period. Everything else was fine. The elevator situation was bad. Most people using one elevator shaft since another was out of service. And it appears it is a prolonged outage. - they built a bridge to accommodate it. Wish breakfast was included. The price you pay it should be good but it’s on par with free breakfast at holiday inn… my kids likes the splash pad, the activity room and arcade. Though the fire alarms got old.

The elevator where our room was was out of service. A bit inconvenience with two little ones and the stuff we brough along but otherwise great location to the family pool and local shopping. Their activity center /game room was just enough entertainment for our kiddos (4 and 1)! would definitely come back. rooms are clean and spacious!

We had an excellent stay here. Very close to Legoland and the splash pad, playground, arcade, and activity center were great for it 3 year old.

It was okay. Not super luxurious. House keeping is limited and with kids it’s a bit challenging. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the manager did rectify it. I don’t think it was the most luxurious or the best place but it certainly was helpful to have large sleeping arrangements with multiple kids. I’d rate this a 6.5 or 7/10
