The fact the pool and hot tub were out of order, upsets me greatly. My number 1 reason I book a Hotel is that they have a hot tub. Arriving and finding out it was out of commission greatly upset me, this being the 3rd hotel in a row with the hot tub down. I was very upset, the clerk said I could not cancel without paying the $140. (Expedia rules). looked for another hotel in town with a hot tub there were no others. I really, very strongly believe it was shut down to save a dime.
