Room service is so horrible. You can request service multiple times. We called everyday to get room service and only got one time. And then when they did finally come that one time they made us put the sheets on the bed. Like I came back from work and there was just new sheets sitting there folded up and the sheets were off my bed. No one was there during the day to hinder them from doing there job. I stayed for 2 weeks paid $1800 up front to get disrespected and no room service. Hope you guys do better for the people who stay there because it is really ridiculous that you can’t do a simple job

It’s a motel 6

Nothing great other than the location. Right next to Costco and Legoland. Tons of restaurants nearby. Surprisingly the pool was clean and a small family actually swam in it when we were there. It was inconvenient to borrow the hairdryer by swapping your ID at the front desk. We only borrowed one time not worth borrowing again. Walls were thin, loud running water from other side and people talking out front late in the evening. Would stay again because the location is just that good.

The room has strong smell of cigarette, even though it labeled as non-smoking room, the desk has liquid stans and shelves are dusty.

The front clerk was very rude and disrespectful canceled our reservation without notice made up excuses on why our reservation was canceled and then tried to charge us more to keep our reservations
