The staff was attentive and very responsive to our requests. When we arrived in the room it appeared to be a fairly clean room, but it did feel muggy and smelled musky;didn’t have that fresh comfortable feel to it. We had a non-smoking room but smoke smell seemed to seep through the walls. It’s definitely not a place you desire to hang out to relax and lounge in for more than a night, maybe two. It’s basically a place to sleep on a budget.

Room was not available . Offerd me an extera room with high price instead of two double bed room, two single bed rooms . I was woth my kids and they did not lkke to sleep separate . Return key cards and left hotel. They still charged my two rooms for two nights.

The rooms need some upkeep, or at least room 249 does. Cigarette burns on bedding, messy patch jobs on doors and walls. Also the shower wall had a huge crack which didn’t affect our use but was very uncomfortable to stand by and the shower curtain was thin material that did not stop any of the water from soaking the floor. Beds kept sliding around on the bed frame. On our third night our keycard deactivated and two trips were made to reset. Not enough outlets in the room. TV was great, mid-size refrigerator was very useful, microwave was great, loved the chair in our room, A/C worked amazingly, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again, just not in room 249, hopefully the other rooms are much more attractive. The motel is across from a great food hall and a short drive to Legoland.
Great refrigerator! I wish we brought some ice cream.
This door would not close or lock, I really thought we would break it.

Noisy, Noisy, Noisy- after requesting a quiet room - he gave us a room 200 ft off the 5 with 6 am every morning garbage truck. The up keep looked like a 12 year old did it. Maintenance was bad. TV stations didn’t align to see what the tv said. CNN was QVC and so on. You have a mess.

Room was nice and clean. The area was safe and quiet. Only complaint was the upstairs occupants were really roudy and noisy. They ended up getting police called to their room, and staff tried to say it was my room, without any investigation or review of the cameras. When brought to their attention they had the wrong room they acknowledged they were wrong and apologized but after we corrected them. Other people in other rooms had also made complaints about that noisy room. Also you could.hear dogs from.other rooms barking all night. We had our little ones which made it a long night.

There wasn’t any thing necessarily dirty, but the condition of everything was subpar. They use LED light strips that are peeling from behind the beds. The TV had to scratch through the screen The Paul in the shower had black mold on it. All the printer was shipped and scratched.

Typical motel, except this is my first time staying at a place with no shampoo. When my husband went to the front desk to ask, he was asked to pay $1 cash for a trial-size shampoo! WOW.
