Room with no AC❌ soccer tournament weekend and no AC in the room. Not going to lie, Staff was understanding and supportive they understood that it was out of their hands that the company doesn’t want to invest in their property. We didn’t stay, left the place and as we were leaving we noticed that almost every room had their doors open because it was HOT! So disappointing

The place was close to what I wanted to be. The thing I did not like was the AC did not work for the time I stayed. They front staff said it was getting fixed that day. Well they barely fixed it. The air got just a slight cooler but not enough to keep up you cool. On top of that I saw 1 maybe there was more but 1 drug addict sitting outside by the front office all dazed out. And to top it all off on one of the night there was a swarm of cops outside my room. I guess there was something going on a few rooms down. Location was good but will stay at another place if I go again. And why no fridge on the room. And they did not even clean the rooms with new towels and stuff since I stayed there for 3 nights.

My air conditioner didn’t work for the 2days I was there it’s very hot at night there was a cockroach in my room will I was getting ready seen it on the wall we always stay there an never been like that the cleaning lady wanted to kick me out at 10:30am my check out was at 11am so was rushing to get my stuff out

The room was dirty, there wasn’t house keeping unless you requested that day before 11 am. When I asked for more towels and sheets they told me they were out. I would definitely not stay at a hotel next time. Just air bnb from here on out.

The smoke smell in the room was HORRIBLE. it was a non smoking room- but you would have never known. Smelled so bad. Plus cigarette burn holes on the blankets. The mattress and pillows were awful as well. Very uncomfortable.
