Worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel or motel. We walked into room #211 and were immediately hit with an overwhelming bleach odor—so strong we nearly passed out. It was absolutely unbearable. I went to speak with the front desk clerk, and his response was, “Nothing I can do. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism or concern. We ended up spending $20 on air fresheners, and it still took nearly two hours before the smell faded enough to tolerate. After that, we discovered multiple hairs all over the sink. Absolutely disgusting. We will never stay at a Motel 6 again, and we’ll make sure to share this experience with everyone we know.
