Alan, the manager, was helpful and efficient. However, we did not know about the 3 flights of stairs down to the door until we received the key code that day. The key code did not work, but Alan finally gave us a âbackupâ number that did work. Then we discovered another flight of stairs down to the living area. My wife has bad knees; we would not have rented this condo had we known.Then the refrigerator was dead. Alan had 2 bags of ice delivered. Of course they were totally melted by the next morning, flooding the freezer and the fridge. The owners wanted us to wait another week for a new fridge. Alan had a new one delivered the next day.There is no dishwasher.There is no toaster.There is a hair dryer, but since it has a European plug, it cannot be plugged in. So there is no usable hair dryer.We accidentally got locked out, having set the lock on the doorknob. The key on the key chain opens the electronic lock, not the doorknob. Alanâs office gave us the number code for the hidden lock box, but there was no spare key in the lock box. We had to call a lock smith. He had to demolish the doorknob to get us in.This condo is advertised as luxury. No dishwasher, toaster or hairdryer? 4 flights of stairs coming and going?False advertising.
