Considering it is an older motel our room was very clean and comfortable. A pleasant surprise when we walked into our room. The breakfast area was wonderful. Very clean and lots of seating. Again this was a pleasant surprise when we walked over for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was organized and clean.

Clock radio had no batteries or power cord. When I mentioned it at checkout they said, oh, it's not a radio. I said it's not a clock either without a power cord, they said they just put them in the rooms so people wouldn't ask. The large shampoo dispenser was fine but the large conditioner dispenser was empty. When I mentioned it at checkout they said I should have let the front desk know, but since I didn't realize it until mid-shower that wasn't helpful. Other than that it was fine.

The front desk was polite enough. His shirt looked like it was balled up before he put it on. That was not a good impression. The room was clean, the bedspread had two large stains and the washcloth was very old, I would not even put that our for my kids. The bath towel was worn out in one spot. Would have been nice to have flavored creamer for coffee. Bathrooms in lobby had do not use signs on them. When arriving from a long drive, not good. When asked, he said oh go ahead. ??? Ok but given the choice again, I would probably keep on driving.

Overall the staff were responsive and courteous. Easy access from the highway. The property itself was a little outdated with visible signs of repairs needed-waterspots from leaks all over ceiling in the dining room, moldy shower curtain and bath seat in accessible bathroom, napkins in women’s bathroom near dining room for hand drying. Was close to area we needed to visit but will not be returning.

Okay but needs a little attention

The hotel was "okay" but there was an overall sense that things were not kept up well (towels with threadbare spots, spider webs in stairwells, in the dining room along windowsills, etc.).

Pictures don’t accurately depict the property and rooms. It’s an older hotel. I think maybe it depends on the room you get. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were offered to move, but the option to move wouldn’t have provided enough beds for 6 of us. It was a quick one night stop over for travel, so we made it work. Breakfast was ok. All of the windows need cleaned. We got what we paid for. Not sure about the other reviews and pictures. The staff did make effort to provide air fresheners also and were kind.
