Patton's Pfeiffer Cabin

The Pfeifer Cabin is a 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin that is surrounded by trees for excellent seclusion. The rental home has been extensively remodeled including the flooring, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen.

In the summer, the home is within walking distance to Patton Beach, Magic Carpet miniature golf course, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB's Bistro, Old Post Office coffee shop, Waterman's Landing, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and Carnelian Bay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
***Cancellations made before 30 days of the reservation date shall get a FULL REFUND LESS THE PROCESSING FEE/S. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. ****

This home does not have air conditioning! Portable fans provided.

Parking: Summer 3 cars on driveway, Winter 2 on driveway

Video Surveillance-The Property has security cameras facing drive way area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.
