Great family stay!

We like to travel light for our yearly family beach vacations, so where we stay is important. The round house has everything you could need. They have a great selection of cooking supplies, games, beach equipment, beach carts, coolers etc. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. Great house for a small family stay. The host was also amazing. They were very responsive and friendly, My husband mentioned that he wanted to fish and John came by and dropped off some live bait. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Time

This house was incredibly cozy, clean, comfortable and conveniently located by the beach. John and his wife Julie do an amazing job of making their guests feel at home. My wife and I had not seen 2 of our 3 boys since Christmas. 1 is stationed in Phoenix and the other in Fayetville, NC. So, we decided to head down to NC to see our youngest and we flew our other son in from Phoenix as a surprise for his younger brother. The round house was just what we needed as a family. I can’t say enough about how great John and his wife were as hosts. Great people, great house, great vacation. Thanks John and Julie for allowing our family to create a memory that will be shared within our family for years to come. H I’lle to see you around soon. The Calautti family

Great visit at the round house

Staying here was a great choice for myself and my young kiddos. The property was equipped with everything we needed to make packing for the beach much easier. It was also immaculately clean. The downstairs just became a rental as well but the soundproofing must have been great because we never heard a peep downstairs either!

Great last minute family getaway!

We booked our stay the day before we checked in and John and Julie made everything such a smooth process for us. This was our first family vacation with both our toddler and 2 month old baby. We only have one pack-n-play and John set an extra one up for us so we would have a second for our baby to sleep in! The house was so clean and well taken care of and they had everything we needed readily available. And if there was something we were missing, John made sure to let us know that he was here if he could bring us anything! These hosts really know how to take care of their guests and we look forward to our next stay!!

Just Perfect!

We had to cancel trip to St. Augistine due to bad weather and found the round house and decided on a last minute trip to Carolina Beach instead. It was just perfect! Had everything we needed. Loved hanging on the sectional with my kids watching netflix at night!!! Had everything we needed and only a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent home with a really cool history.

The "Sea ya Round" house is a great get away located in Carolina Beach. It's just a short walk to the beach and has a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. The home has everything you need, the communication from the owners was fantastic, and it was an excellent vacation spot.

College Touring

My family had a great time staying at Julie & John's "See Ya Round" house! This is the nicest and most comfortable rental house that we have stayed in, they have everything that you need while away from home. We felt at home and Julie and John were great hosts! The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, 30 minutes to Wilmington, great restaurants close by. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Wonderful!

We only stayed for the weekend but it was very clean and everything was laid out for us. We loved having a manual so we knew where everything was and things were labeled. Quiet little get away

I have been to other VRBO rentals and this was the first one that thought of all the little things we tend to forget while on vacation. Owners were so thoughtful with making sure we enjoyed out vacation. Our little family had so much fun and built so many fun memories in your round house.

A cozy favorite.

My family had an amazing stay. We called it home on day one. It was clean when we arrived. The kids were excited that it was such a unique place to stay, and there were plenty of toys for the ocean. I was excited that it had everything we needed for a week stay. We chatted shortly with the owner when he came to water parts of the grass and take care of recycling. He was very welcoming, and informative on upcoming events that would be fun for our family. It is a very short walk to the ocean, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. And it is a very easy drive to the busy part of Carolina Beach, so we didn’t get lost. Me and my family can’t wait to book here next year.

Amazing round house

The check in process was very smooth and easy. We were then greeted with a bottle of champagne for our stay. Our son had a great time going to the beach and enjoying the water. The neighborhood is quiet, so perfect for anyone with little ones. The owners John and Julie, even though we didn't get a chance to meet, were very attentive and responded to our every question. We will definitely be staying there again.

Gracious hosts

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and happy. My family had the most wonderful vacation staying at the round house! It was a quick, easy walk to the beach, even with 3 kids (8, 7, and 2 years old) and a ton of “gear!” The community was very calm and quiet with easy access to the grocery store, restaurants, and the boardwalk. There was plenty to do near by on the days we couldn’t stay at the beach all day! Thank you so much, John and Julie!!!!

Perfect for a small family

We enjoyed our time at the round house ! The hosts provided us with many materials to read to enhance our time at Carolina Beach with places to visit and eat . The house was stocked with amentities needed for a comfortable week with children tagging along . Games, books, puzzles. The kitchen was stocked with supplies to cook and bedrooms and bathrooms had toiletries and clean linens . Having a washer and dryer was perfect for a long stay . Great little place that made my family feel at home . I will recommend it to friends and family .

Summer get away

Don't miss out on an amazing property. The house is gorgeous, a short easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. John and Julie were easy to reach and checked in to ensure all went well. The check in and out process was flawless. We've been to Carolina Beach many times and will never stay anywhere but the Round House again.

New, Fresh & Clean with Sunset View

New! Fresh and clean feeling house. Much larger than excepted. 3 min walk to public beach across. Large windows with a dreamy, sunset view in the kitchen. Kitchen stocked + a bottle of champagne/asti supmante waiting for us upon arrival. Kitchen dishes were beach themed & I used ALL the cute platters for entertaining family. Stove was spotless, shower spotless & large, plenty of towels & toiletries, and closet space. Large living room with extra seating. Porch and yard bigger than expected & was a perfect place to read. We played Carolina Beach Monopoly at the dining table too. Wondering home and wonderful host. Thank you.
