The reason I gave this a three instead of a five is because VRBO neglected to let us know on their site that there was a reclamation project going on and it happened to be going on exactly when we were there. So the base of this house was Ground Zero for tractors, large metal pipes and they worked all night long 24 seven. Had I known I would’ve gone somewhere else
 I would have reviewed the site. I would have done many things if they had only bothered to mention it.The home itself is amazing and if there’s not a reclamation project going on, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place. Check in was a breeze. Great proximity to the beach. Amazing location but Carolina Beach is really honky tonk. It's almost impossible to get a decent meal and parking downtown is nuts. Definitely rent this place but be prepared to go 25 or 30 minutes in towards Wilmington to get a good meal.

First trip to CB and loved it! Great location with all the amenities! Host was very responsive for any needs we had. Recommend getting E bikes and taking ferry to South Port. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful property! The kitchen has great quality appliances and pots/pans and utensils. Makes cooking a pleasure. Great coffee bar area too! Has all the comforts of home! The elevator makes checking in and out easy - to get the heavy bags up and down and not having to use the stairs!!!

Wonderful!

We have been using VRBO for many years; this may have been our favorite property of all.Nicely decorated with higher end appliances and kitchenware. Very clean!There are special touches—charging stations In each bedroom, drawers with toiletries (in case you forgot something. The location is perfect with restaurants and bars close by. We will be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home! The architecture is modern, bright and well-appointed, even down to the small touches that made a big impact. The elevator took some getting used to but was a big help moving the suitcases to the top floor. The home’s locale offered nearby breakfast spots and lunch/dinner restaurants, and was perfectly situated on the beach with an amazing view!

Beautiful beach house! This house is perfect. Beautiful views, short pier to the beach, short drive to the boardwalk. The house has everything you need
beach toys and chairs, baby gates, laundry, all kitchen appliances and utensils you could need. Very clean! The roof top area is such a great bonus! We had the most perfect stay there!

Relaxing getaway

The property was just as advertised and was beautiful. The outdoor shower and the boardwalk made beach access easy and fuss free. We had everything we needed in the house including beach towels. The elevator was so handy for bringing in all of our stuff for the week, but unfortunately on the day we left it wasn’t working. We didn’t have time for the manager to come fix the elevator before checkout, however the property manager was quick in responding to an earlier question about a circuit breaker that had flipped and it fixed our problem immediately. Overall everyone in our family said this house was perfect for our vacation!

Relaxing retreat

The condo was absolutely spotless, it had pretty comfortable beds as well. Showers were nice and had good water pressure. , The views were beautiful especially from the rooftop deck! The kitchen was well equipped. The only issue i think I had was backing up my large SUV out on a very narrow driveway, and on a pretty busy street.. Other than that it was wonderful!

Immaculately clean. This rental so many amenities typically not found in VRBO's (cleaning products, paper towels, beach towels, coffee, and so much more). We arrived late so it was nice having these items available so we didn't have to go to the store first thing.

Our Week in Paradise

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful management company. The house is tastefully decorated and there is not a thing that I can think of that they could do better!! The roof deck was amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it - you will be glad you did!!
