Very nice place. I thiught there might be beac towels but there wer6. Bring you own shampoo abd shower soap. Inky hand soap in the bathroom. Also, no extra roll of TP or paper towels. Otherwise it was great.

Great Location

The property is located at the quieter end of Carolina Beach where the beach is less crowded, which was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, though the rest of the furniture was pretty uncomfortable for sitting. My biggest complaint was the listing advertised a washer and dryer, but it turns out there is none in this unit, which was a disappointment as it was one of the deciding factors for us to choose this rental over another we were considering. The property management folks were helpful and did offer a laundry service, which we did not choose to utilize.

Short Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Island Time! This was our first time to Carolina Beach and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed it! Island Time was close to the beach (we went everyday), just around the corner to public beach access. We could even walk back to the place for lunch. Nicely decorated and clean! The couch was a little worn and hard for us to get up and down off of it. However, it was comfortable and considering we are in our late 40’s, it’s getting a little harder to get up and down sometimes lol. There were a few minor repairs that could use some attention but overall great stay for the price. Would definitely consider this property again! Thanks for a relaxing, much needed, time away!

Peaceful long weekend!

The Island Time property was a wonderful stay for a long weekend. Very clean and great location to everything. Parking was a little tight with multiple rentals at the same location. Even though the unit was extremely clean there was a weird issue with bugs.

Good location

We stayed here for several days and because of the short walk to the beach we were able to enjoy the ocean quite a bit. The condo was nice and the hosts were quick to respond to questions or problems, like when we called about a bunch of ghost ants that were in the unit. Sean came over immediately and sent an exterminator over to take care of it. We noticed that the couch and other furniture did not match the photos. Except for the new dining room table/bench, the new furniture looked older and worn compared to the pictures, and the couch they had appeared old, worn and smelled like urine ( probably because the unit is pet friendly). If you’re planning on preparing your own food be sure to bring some pots and pans since all that is supplied is a small frying pan, a couple of cookie sheets and a small baking pan. The glasses, coffee cups and dishes are very nice. Also, the vanity mirror light in the bathroom did not work. We did have a nice time and the place is convenient to many places and restaurants in the area. And it being pet friendly was plus.

Great solo spot

I stayed here for a few days on a solo trip to the beach. It was safe, clean, and the property owners were very responsive when I had questions. There's a public beach access very close to the house and I loved how easy it was to get to the ocean. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect furlough getaway!

Perfect getaway. Excellent location to the beach with a public access nearby. Property owners were awesome and let me rent additional night. Loved that I could take my FUR child with me! Thank you for a wonderful mini beach vaca! Would and hope to stay there again.

Perfect spot for weekend beach stay!

An old friend and I had a great ladies’ getaway at Sean and Christine’s! The location is perfect, and the place itself is comfy and spacious for two people. Sadly, it rained much of the weekend, but we still had a blast as this place had everything we needed: well stocked kitchen, TV and streaming, and a comfy bed. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and relaxing stay at Island Time

This was a last minute getaway we planned. Island Time was a perfect fit for the two of us and our dog. King size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night. Would definitely return, thanks Sean and Christine for a great cozy little place!

Perfect place to stay!

We had an amazing vacation and this place is the perfect place to stay! Conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. All amenities were thought of, if you happen to forget something. We will definitely stay here again when we return! If we come with family we’ll encourage them to stay in the attached, but separate unit Vitamin Sea. Thank you!
