3 BR Cozy neighborhood at Carolina Beach
Mike is a great communicator, easy to use a code to tap in to the front door. Nice ranch is in a lovely neighborhood to bike or walk. Neighbors had a gorgeous crape myrtle in full bloom, another friendly neighbor had flower beds full of colorful zinnias, and date palms were fruiting. View of neighbor houses from windows. I enjoyed getting in my steps to Carolina Beach Lake Park (0.5 mi away) or to the beach (0.7 mi). When going to spend day at the beach we parked in a 6/hour public parking area. (Biking is popular and you can have rental bikes delivered and picked up with a call to a local rental company if you like. And you can get bike baskets. The garage keeps bikes dry if rain) The last fireworks of the season were Thurs, visible from the side lawn, nice!3 bedrooms worked well for us and 2 adult children. The master had a Q bed, private toilet/sink, one long dresser, one nightstand, and wall tv.Living room had a tv, comfy long couch & loveseat, relaxing. Full kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops and second refrigerator in garage. Laundry off kitchen was very useful. We rolled out the Weber grill one night, and had a seafood boil in the kitchen another night. Liquid soap by each sink, and pods in the laundry were just right. Welcome book is like a friend with top tips, restaurants and basics for the property. When leaving, you simply start the dishwasher and a load of towels, easy breezy. Great stay! (If don't like the taste of beach town water, get bottled.)
