This is the best location in town. We enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect for us during our time at Carolina Beach. We never had to move our car because everything was so close and Chris was wonderful and so easy to communicate with and we would love to come back soon! Oh and the views are stunning! Waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean... from the bed.

Location Was Great!

Property was just as described. It was clean, centrally located to restaurants and the beach, and provided amenities to partake. At the start of our stay, the keypad needed batteries. The Owners communicated well to allow notification of the repair person. It was a minor inconvenience as we felt a bit profiled. On day two, a man was lingering out back and appeared to be staring inside the rental. We ended up calling the cops and watched as they questioned him. This was a bit eerie as no curtains were in the living room so we remained on watch for the rest of our stay. The beach access was perfect and the security appeared amenable. The directions to check out was clearly displayed. We departed earlier than necessary as we were at an unease after the “peeping Tom” incident. Overall it was an ok stay but not as enjoyable as we would have liked. The required deposit had us a bit miffed as there was numerous defects and we were not show if they were already noted. In hindsight we realize that we should have taken photos of the hole in the rug, left over waffles in the freezer, and other details that existed upon our arrival so as not to. E charged for these things. Would suggest the owner lists the noted damages for renters to see this upon start of rental. We appreciated the togetherness time and the shelter this unit provided during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay! They are a lot of steps, would not be ideal for someone who doesn't do steps well. I would also like to recommend baby gates on steps for families with small children. It worked out fine but to be able relax and not have to worry about the younger children around the steps would have helped. Overall would recommend this rental property! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We needed to get away and this met our needs. The kids enjoyed the boardwalk and I enjoyed the beach. The location was wonderful. We parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to go. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked.

Beautiful rental. Short walk to the beach was perfect with a rinse station on the way. Centrally located next to boardwalk, restaurants, breakfast, pubs and short drives to others. Beach was great with surf, bike and chair rental business next door. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

We had the whole family, kids & grandkids with us. Everybody had a great time. There are a lot of stairs but it was worth it. Plenty of room for everybody so never felt crowded. The property was clean & had everything we needed. Any time I needed to contact Chris, he got back with me right away. I would definitely recommend this property & book it again for my family. Great location

We loved the location of this condo! It was so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. There were a lot of stairs, but they were manageable. Chris was prompt in responding to any of our questions. Would recommend this property!
