It is a wonderful property and has a wonderful view and a lot of activity with its location. There are a lot of codes to keep track of and understandable, given its location, and it was unfortunate that the elevator was so 'bumpy'. I also think that the master shower could be cleaned a bit more. There is a lip in the shower and that has discolored or had mold growing on it, but it was a wonderful trip and thank you for responding so quickly about the stairwell code.

We enjoyed our stay at Scoast LLC! There was an issue with the pool key fob but with some communication it was resolved. Overall the place was clean, and true to the listing. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful views, well decorated.. only complaint is elevator was so very slow and even got stuck at one point of the visit, but that has nothing to do with owner’s condo. Would definitely stay again

Accommodating Condo

We stayed for just a few days. Pool was noce and clean. Parking was convenient. Condo was clean and offered all that was described in the listing. Our key pad stopped working and upon contacting property management they had a key ready for us immediately. I would highly recommend this property! Hope to be back.

Perfect Get Away

What a wonderful time we had at your condo at Carolina beach! Your condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed and we were thankful that I was available for two nights - which was perfect for us! Your condo is so centrally located in the heart of Carolina Beach, that it was in walking distance to restaurants, a small, grocery store, several sweet, treat places, and, of course, the boardwalk. It was close to where there was a community movie playing beside the lake. There was a family friendly movie, and we absolutely love that! Your place was perfect and had everything we needed!

Great choice!

The views are beautiful even during rainy windy days. Inspite of the weather we enjoyed both inside the accommodations and the balcony. A great place for multi-group. We had five and never felt crowded. The balcony easily accommodated all of us and provided good protection from the weather. Easy access to all the area offers.

Great Condo at Carolina Beach

I can't say enough about this property. It checked all the boxes! Great location, clean, and well appointed. The furnishings and towels were MUCH better than average. It was spacious and well laid out. And we loved the covered parking on the rainy day. My only suggestion might be better pillows. They were a bit lumpy but still usable. And my only complaint, which has nothing to do with the unit, was the sloooooow elevator. :-)

Awesome visit with a view.

Condo was very spacious and well decorated. The 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths created individual space, but plenty of room to come together for meals, movies, and games. There was an awesome view of the ocean and table and chairs on the balcony to sit outside. The host was available for questions and issue. We plan to visit again. The location is in walking distance of various restaurants and the boardwalk.

Beach Birthday

We stayed in Carolina Beach for my grandmother’s 80th birthday and it was perfect. The condo is so clean and has all you need for a relaxing stay. The view of the ocean is incredible and it’s wonderful to walk right onto the beach. We all had a lovely time and will be back again!

Lovely condo - great location

The condo is in great condition and very clean. The location was perfect for a long Labor Day weekend trip to Carolina Beach with our college kids. Proximity to the boardwalk area’s fireworks, shops and restaurants was fun and convenient. Building felt secure and well-maintained. Overall, we had a very good experience and I would stay here again.

Read the Fine Print

Was scheduled to stay at this property Aug 7th - Aug 11th but tropical storm Debbie decided to hit that day and stick around for a few days. We waited until the 7th to see what warnings would be issues and to decide if we were going to risk it and travel to the shore. There were Tornado Warnings, Flood Warnings issued so we decide not to travel. Contacted the Host to see what we could do, we asked to reschedule, maybe later in October or even next summer, no chance. We did buy the insurance, Read the Fine Print, the only way to get any money back was if a Mandatory Evacuation was ordered, it wasn't, so we were screwed. Response from the host, " postponement wouldn't be allowed" a pretty scummy way to handle it. Total loss was over 3K not including the totally worthless insurance. Was very disappointed with the Host and their unwillingness to help us out and the Insurance company, make sure you know whats covered before you buy insurance. So they get one star, we never got to see the property, the one star is for how they handled it. Maybe you'll have better luck with the owner when a tropical storm hits on your vacation. Good Luck!

Great place for a girls getaway

The property was perfect for our girls trip. Everyone had their own space, and the common areas were large enough for a group to gather. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to do some basic cooking. The property location cannot be beat! Walking distance to everything, and a perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony. Overall, the place was really clean and nicely decorated. The only thing we noticed was that the floors were dirty. They weren't sandy, as one would expect at the beach. It was as if there was a light film on the floors (cleaner, sunscreen, salt spray?) that collected dirt. We only noticed because we walked around barefoot and the bottoms of our feet turned black. Don't let this stop you from booking though! Just note that you might want to wear flip flops while inside. It was worth it!

Great location and a very comfortable and spacious condo

My wife and I were there with two daughters, a son in law, and two grandsons. This condo had plenty of room for all of us and had a comfortable living/dining area, well appointed kitchen, great view, etc. The location is fantastic. There is a private (for condo owners/guests) walkway out to the beach, a pool, and multiple restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc within easy walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store just about 5 minutes drive up the road. Overall, great location and a very nice place to stay. Two parking places under the condo included with the stay, so it was very convenient to be there, relax after a day on the beach, come and go, etc.

A get away

No problems. Was a very welcoming stay. Close to everything that we required. Was a short stay but refreshing. Loved the fob system for getting in and out of the place and pool gates. We had the third floor and had a great view of the beach. Very sound prof when all closed up. Couldn't even hear the ocean unless you opened the door. Will return.

Great house, directions for checkin were incorrect, no soap or shampoo, trash disposal incorrect

The home was lovely, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, lovely balcony with ocean view. The problems were just getting up the elevator, code was incorrect. We were expecting electronic door entry to condo, but was like a realtor box with again, wrong code. It was like instructions were for a different property as instructions for trash disposal were way off. Said to put in blue pale by bathroom door, but we founds trash bins in parking lot. Please correct instructions for future guests. Also more fobs would be nice as people going to beach and pool at different times. Otherwise, great location snd beautiful home.

Great condo

The condo was great it was clean and very nice. The washer wasnt working. We had all the towels dirty in a pile, they were very quick to respond, couldnt get a repairman out on a holiday weekend but did bring us another set of towels. Walking distance to everything. Thanks for a great weekend.
