Profitez de ce tout nouveau condo face Ă  la plage avec une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an. À seulement 4 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Carolina Beach Boardwalk et juste en face de Lake Park. Le grand patio face Ă  l'ocĂ©an est idĂ©al pour profiter du lever du soleil avec une tasse de cafĂ©, profiter d'une sieste aprĂšs-midi relaxante ou d'un cocktail en soirĂ©e.

Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin chez vous, loin de chez vous. La cuisine entiĂšrement meublĂ©e et bien Ă©quipĂ©e comprend tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, vaisselle, argenterie, casseroles / poĂȘles, grille-pain et cafetiĂšre. Juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la cuisine, vous disposez d'un tout nouveau laveuse et sĂ©cheuse LG.

Nous avons soigneusement réfléchi à ce que vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous assurer un séjour confortable et relaxant. Ce condo est également situé à quelques pas de l'accÚs à la plage privée, pas de longues promenades vers et depuis votre place dans le sable!

Le salon dispose d'une nouvelle Smart TV Samsung de 55 "avec vue sur l'océan grùce aux grandes portes coulissantes en verre. Il y a beaucoup de places assises car le salon dispose d'un ensemble canapé-lit / causeuse assorti.

La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative avec une douche à l'italienne. La chambre king a également de grands curseurs avec une vue sur l'océan. Si vous recherchez une nuit de détente, la chambre comprend également une télévision Roku 32 ".

La chambre d'hÎtes dispose d'un lit double superposé et d'un lit queen-size. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision Roku 32 ". La chambre est connectée à l'autre salle de bain qui dispose d'un combo douche / baignoire.

Ce condo nouvellement construit est situé au coeur de Carolina Beach et est à distance de marche de la promenade de Carolina Beach. Le Carolina Beach Lake Park se trouve à quelques pas du complexe et propose de nombreuses activités estivales telles que des bateaux à aubes, le marché du samedi et la soirée Sunday Family Movie.

This condo is just as the pictures show you. Beach access is easy and you can rinse off when you come back at the outdoor shower. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable - just know it's a very high bed. Linens provided were excellent! Even with challenging weather, we enjoyed our stay. Matt was super about communicating quickly with us with any questions we had. If you want to be right on the beach, this is the place.

My family really enjoyed the condo right on the beach! The location is perfect as it is steps from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and fun that the Carolina Beach Boardwalk has to offer. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen items. The amenities combined with excellent communication from the owners made this a “no worries” stay for us.

Wonderful Stay!

Our travel party included 4 adults and 1 child. We had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The condo was very clean and I loved all of the amenities provided. Communication with the property owner was great. We enjoyed our stay and being able to walk to several different locations including the boardwalk!

No worries

The location is perfect as it is really is in walking distance of the main drag and right on beach. We have stayed here before so it is one of our favorite spots to stay. Only thing is since it’s a first floor apartment you can hear when the upstairs neighbors are walking heavily which can get annoying at times. Overall would still stay here again.

Perfect beach location!

This condo is absolutely perfect. Beautiful clean and comfortable inside. Amazing view of the ocean and dunes. Small private pool. And walkable to everything we needed! I will definitely be booking here again!

Should be five stars, except just be aware...

The place itself is fantastic. Great location. Clean, comfortable home with everything you'll need for your stay. The view from the porch is awesome and there's even a tiny 3-foot-deep pool on property. We had a really great time during our stay. But, please be aware that the parking is three deep under the building and you must keep your number on the dashboard and be ready to move your car if anyone you parked in needs to move. My sister had to run from the beach to let someone out. Not the biggest deal, but if you don't like being parked in or interrupted, perhaps find a different place. Also, you are required to pay a security deposit or buy insurance and although the place is called "No Worries", you'll get a very long email before your stay with a lot of information and lots of things you need to do before you leave. It is the opposite of "no worries". You must wash all of the towels AND put them in the dryer, for example, as well as take out trash, start a load of linens, clean up. In my opinion, the amount they're asking guests to clean is too much. Happy to put a load in the washing machine before be leave, but basically starting two loads is something the cleaning crew needs to work out.

Overall a great experience

This was a very relaxing getaway with our teenage daughters. It was nice to have the boardwalk in such close proximity so they could have a bit of independence. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. We avoided leaving as the parking availability was very slim! Luckily, there were plenty of walkable choices for dining out. It was a bit noisy when our upstairs neighbors were active, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Memorable family vacation

Beautiful property on a pristine beach. We didn't use our car all week! This really is the perfect location for everything a family could want to do. The park was accross the street, and we were able to easily enjoy many nights of free family entertainment and activities. Our kids loved "Butts and Such" restaurant and buying ice crean and treats at "the Veggie Wagon". They made friends on the beach all week and slept so great in the bunk beds. The condo was well stocked beyond what we expected, and the attention to the little things made our trip so easy and comfortable. The highlight of the week was watching fireworks on the beach right in front of the condo. Seeing our children dance in the sand with their new friends, with fireworks overhead, is a priceless memory we will never forget! For anyone considering this rental, we highly recommended it!

Great spot!

Wonderful place to stay at Carolina Beach for our family of 5. Could not ask for more convenience. The building has a private beach entrance and showers, and a stocked beach storage closet.

Family Vacation at Carolina Beach

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach NC and we were so blessed to find this gem of a location. Walking distance to everything. This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We would definitely recommend condo for anyone looking to stay beach front and near restaurants and bars and activities. We rarely needed our vehicle. The hosts are the best as well. They gave us a lot of recommendations since this was a first time visit to this beach. Five Stars.

Fantastic family getaway weekend!

We had such an amazing and easy time during our stay! The condo was immaculate and really was a “no worries” place. I loved the family friendly setup and my kids were so excited about the small extras like the bag of blocks we found in a drawer. Very comfortable and clean, we hope to come back in the future!

Truly it!

This listing was not lying when it said “this is it!” This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at Carolina Beach. The unit is decorated beautifully! It has all the comforts of home; they’ve thought of everything! There were plenty of cooking utensils if you wanted to cook, although we ordered in a lot and took advantage of sitting in the lovely Adirondack chairs and listening to the waves while we ate. We have a 3 year old and I loved that there were toys and books already there for her to play with, as well as kids utensils and nightlights. They even had a sound machine but we had brought our own, since our daughter can’t sleep without hers. They also had a wonderful supply of beach chairs and a wagon! It was so nice that we didn’t have to worry about renting chairs or buying our own while we were there. We had a small issue with something breaking during our stay but the owners addressed the issue the same day. They communicated well throughout the entire process - after booking, the day we left, and when we had any issues.

The property is exactly as listed, clean, homey feel and a great location! Clarissa was very helpful with restaurant & activity ideas. Check in and check out was a breeze and you can't get any closer to the beach than this condo.
