Magnificent brand-new 45m² studio/loft apartment in Carqueiranne, a famous seaside resort in the Var. Located in a private residential area, adjoining the owners' house, you'll enjoy large living spaces, an intimate outdoor area and an infinity pool.
This air-conditioned studio is fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave) and furnished with quality materials for optimum comfort. Two large bay windows provide ideal sunlight.
