Our first night was âokâ, even though the room did not provide any amenities. You had to call to get whatever you need it aside from towels.
Our second night, we couldnât sleep with so much noise coming from the guest in the room above our unit. Not a pleasant experience.
Despite having a reservation confirmed through Travelocity, and calling in advance to let them know I would be arriving late, when I arrived at the hotel they turned me away saying they didn't have any rooms available that they were fully booked. Unconscionable
I arrived at midnight to check in into my room, they had to check me into three rooms before the fourth worked. In one room there was diarrhea in the toilet, another no cleaning/house keeping was done, another room was re-construction being done. I spent over 1 hour going back and forth, up and down which I believe should have been by the receptionist before giving or switching me to a new room.
Everything was perfect except for them taking away the COFFEE. Why take away coffee??? Hotels should always have coffee available every second of the day. I checked out at 10:45AM and the front desk said oh we take away the coffee after breakfast. FOR WHAT?!!!! ITS STILL THE MORNING. besides that the two night stay was perfect.
Our room looked like it hadnât been swept for weeks - crumbs and dust all over the floor and under the bed and the shower had so much dirt in it. The whole hotel and our room had this gross maple syrup smell to it (I love the smell of syrup but this smell wasnât right). The room itself was nice and so was the bathroom. Comfy bed. A lot of restaurants around and is located in a safe part of town.
