From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort I could need. I especially loved the attention to detail—from the quality of the linens to the thoughtful amenities. The food and service were exceptional, and the entire atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and relaxing. Every interaction—from check-in to checkout—was smooth and pleasant. Charleston Santa Teresa Hotel has all the positives expected of a 5 star hotel: impeccable residence, superb food and restaurant, amazing architecture both internal and out - - - - - What I appreciate MOST about Charleston Santa Teresa is the pleasures of a 5 star resort without ANY of the pretentiousness or snobbery which is usually associated with luxury. I would highlight the staff of the hotel most of all as being friendly, involved, respectful, understanding, polite, and appropriate. - - - I am a traveler who presents as an adult aged woman of color, I felt welcomed in the Santa Teresa. There was zero being questioned about my stay. There was no being treated as if I were expected or encouraged to leave. No one, not fellow guests nor staff, questioned me nor made me feel unwelcome. My stay was divine. I will stay here the next time I travel to this area. I will recommend the Santa Teresa to anyone and I strongly encourage you to stay there.

We loved, loved, loved our stay at the Charlston Santa Teresa in Cartagena. We were greeted with elegance, cleanliness, and very friendly and honest staff, who were professional by the highest standards, and also looked out for our well being and safety. And that is something that no money can buy! Beyond that, there are the usual amenities like a gym, a pool, a nice restaurant, magnificent views (granite baths, beach proximity and city center not included - NOT kidding). The breakfast, too, was out of this world!

This hotel is excellent - very clean and beautiful ! Breakfast was delicious. I would give the service 6 stars! The staff was super attentive to us during our stay - bringing anything we needed to our room within a minute. They also accommodated our ask for a room upgrade and a late check out. Highly recommend this hotel
