I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful, simultaneously modern and still charming, and very comfortable - the bed in particular was perhaps the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. But the biggest standout was the service - they handled so many small things for us, from scheduling our taxis and packing us a beach bag for our boat excursion, to bringing us our clothes that got left behind in our room after check out. I have never taken the time to write a review before but this stay was so great, I felt moved to. I highly recommend Cinco Quintas!

Staff is wonderful. Extremely helpful and assisted us with transportation needs during our stay. The property is pristine and nicely kept. Breakfast was good and the rooftop is beautiful with great views and relaxin ambience. The room was huge and the bed was by far the comfiest bed we’ve had on vacation. Only thing that could have been better was the hot water situation. Shower was always cold/room temp which wasn’t terrible on hot days but would have enjoyed a warmer shower.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Eric especially made our stay memorable; he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The property itself is beautiful. Very private and quiet. We booked a Studio Suite and couldn’t have been happier - it was clean and spacious. One thing to note was the hot water in the shower didn’t work sometimes, but not a big deal overall. Maybe this is commonplace for this area from time to time. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

Edwin, Erick, and Ernesto were the best around!! Anything I needed they were happy to help me with and their kindness and availability was exceptional. This hotel is located in a great location to walk to many places. It does get noisy at night from the street noise but that comes with staying in the middle of all of the action. All of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special…thank you again for the great time and great smiles that always greeted us. Highly recommend!
