Girls trip

We recently stayed at the property, we were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, we were excited because of the location, it appears to be a great condo. Our vacation turn when we follow up with the owner and there was no solution offered. First thing there was not much towels, toilet paper or paper towels provided, the key essentials but we would have made it through with that. The major one of the three room from day one no air condition so it was extremely for them but it affected the entire house so we had no ac for the rest of the stay. The part that gets me is that i reach out to owner Juan Carlos to get someone to fix it and he never responded to assist so it turn our whole vacation. Imagine sleeping in a heat wave for some of us 2 out of 3 while other 3 out of 3. We requested at least one night to be refunded and he never responded. I reach out again and its like our issue was never a priority. This definately left a bad taste in our mouths as we were very excited walking into the property but not to be able to be assisted i would not reccomend it

Great Building w an AMAZING VIEW

The building is just spectacular! All the employees are amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The pool area is super clean and the views are great! The pool area is never crowded. This property gets 5 stars. The apartment however, gets 3 stars! The only reason is because the beds were super uncomfortable! The mattresses were so hard and bumpy. Not enough lines and not enough blankets. The towels also need to be better. They were so rough on the skin. Very cheap. That made my 10 days there uncomfortable.
